Legal Might v Moral Right

The Fail v Fail Case is an interesting read for anyone dealing with lawyers and Liars which are all too often the same, however not always. There are lawyers and Judges that honestly attempt to be honest, however it is the authors opinion that they are in the minority, and they all too often fail and refuse to expose and extricate the dishonest ones from the legal profession at the public's peril and expense. Unfortunately for the victims of corrupt and unethical lawyers the Regulatory agencies charged with holding the lawyers accountable for their bad conduct are often unwilling and anemic in their efforts to do their job in holding their fellow lawyer’s accountable for their dastardly misconduct and their fraudulent maltreatment of their paying clients. It is simply a case of the Fox’s guarding the Chicken hutch resulting in gross injustice to us chickens.

To save space and in the best interest of justice it is suggested that the reader interested in America's justice system all to often dba America's injustice system go to www.failvfail.com to read about the Kansas Fail Family Farm Fiasco. The Fail Family patriarch Ivan J. Fail was a hard working, decent, honest and respected Farmer in Wilson County Kansas that earned every penny that he wanted to leave to his four children. Unfortunately his daughter June married an individual named Eugene Dedeke. Mr. Dedeke and June borrowed a substantial amount of money from Mr. Fail 25 years ago and then sued him, then took bankruptcy against him, and then alienated his grandchildren against him for ten years. Mr. Fail's daughter June and son in law Gene Dedeke raised their son Terry and daughter Tonia to believe that their grandfather Ivan J. Fail had defrauded them when the exact opposite was true. Their own mother June and father Gene were the guilty ones that attempted to defraud Mr. Fail. Mr. Fail's son and June's brother Larry prevented this from happening 25 years ago. As a result and pay back to Larry, June and Gene Dedeke and their daughter Tonia turned a constructive Trust into a Constructive Fraud in an attempt to defraud Larry Fail and his children out of the land that Ivan J. Fail wanted Larry and his children to receive. Tonia Dedeke Nelson Married Leavenworth lawyer Gary A. Nelson whose name found its way onto the April 11, 2005 Transfer on Death Deed to the Real Estate that Ivan J. Fail wanted his son Larry Fail to receive. Ivan J. Fail passed on December 21, 2005. Larry Fail filed a civil case in 2006 against the Nelson and Dedeke defendants, and his two brother’s Ivan Lee Fail, John Roy Fail, and Patty Hon and others in Wilson County Kansas Case No. 2006 CV 25, FailvFail. See the case documents including letters and transcripts of tape recorded conversations at www.failvfail.com. Comments from interested, knowledgeable, competent and ethical parties are welcome.
